Linda Holmes for Illinois State Senate (SD 42)

Linda Holmes is in her first term as a state senator. She is a member of the Senate Appropriations II – Human Services Committee which handles the budgets for state agencies that administer programs important to Planned Parenthood clients. Senator Holmes has pledged to support family planning, comprehensive sex education and a woman’s right to choose.

Senator Holmes has a 100% pro-choice voting record.

She has supported expanding the State’s Comprehensive Health Insurance Program to include coverage of mammograms, Pap tests and contraceptives.
